This award aims to appreciate exceptional master's theses in the field of hydrogen and hydrogen technologies. Our primary objective is to encourage talented students while acknowledging forward-thinking approaches that contribute to the advancement of the hydrogen economy.

What is the HYTEP Award? HYTEP Award acknowledges the author of the finest master's thesis within the hydrogen and hydrogen technologies areas. We are enthusiastic about nurturing individuals who bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the challenges of the hydrogen sector.
Award Parameters: The primary HYTEP Award comes with a substantial prize of 30,000 CZK. Beyond the monetary recognition, this award honors the diligence and determination exhibited by individuals who push the frontiers of academic knowledge in the hydrogen domain. Participants who finish second and third will be rewarded with free entry to the Hydrogen Days 2024 conference, a unique opportunity to engage with experts and present their ideas on a prestigious international stage.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all students and graduates from Czech technical universities who have successfully defended their master's theses during the academic year 2022/2023, focusing on topics linked to hydrogen and its technologies.
Application Process: Applications for the HYTEP Award competition will be accepted until December 31, 2023. Eligible participants can submit their master's theses via email to info@hytep.cz.
